At ISL, learning goes far beyond the classroom. Every student should have opportunities to discover their interests, sharpen their talents, and build the personal skills that shape confident, well-rounded individuals. Our Co-curricular and Extra-curricular programs are designed to support academic growth, creativity, leadership, and social development in a safe and inspiring environment.
In Year 10-11 our students follow the IGCSE Program that leads to internationally recognized qualifications. The program is designed to develop knowledge, understanding, and skills in subjects such as English, mathematics, and science subjects (physics, chemistry, and biology). Through the IGCSE Program, our students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, which are essential for success in higher education and the workplace.
As/A Level Programs Our school offers year 12-13 As-Level courses and exam preparations for science subjects, mathematics, and science subjects (physics, chemistry, and biology). Senior students follow the A-Level Programs in science subjects and mathematics, which are advanced-level qualifications that prepare students for higher education. Through the A-Level Program, students develop advanced analytical and research skills, preparing them for success in the competitive university programs. Respectively, we provide the Cambridge examinations for each level.
We have an intensive Lao National Exam program, and all our students take the National exams (grade 5-9-12).
This exam is a requirement for transfers to higher levels and university scholarships and is recognized by universities around the world. Our students receive comprehensive instruction in all subjects covered by the exam, including Lao language and literature, mathematics, natural sciences, and social studies.
