A week of seminars and team-building activities for all ISL teachers and staff before a new academic year starts. ISL’s annual tradition of professional training and development sessions to discuss new school policies, innovative techniques that enliven the teaching-learning process, and workshops that will strengthen efficiency, knowledge, and motivation in our field.

We at ISL believe that teaching is a lifelong and evolving role. Therefore, we invest immensely in the professional development of our educators and staff. Good teacher training leads to positive learning environments, which, in turn, leads to happy children who are more than willing to come to school.

In-Service Training is significant in acquiring new strategies and instructional skills that enable us to perform duties more effectively. It is also a great chance to bring Vientiane and Pakse teams together in activities that will help us collaborate and connect.
